Who can register as a supplier?
Companies with a Saudi commercial registration that are brand owners, authorized distributors or wholesalers. A Saudi mobile number and any email address are enough to create the account.
I already supply SAEEL. Do I need to register?
Yes. Current suppliers register from the start like any new supplier, so that every supplier's details and documents are in the portal.
What are the steps to join?
You create the account and confirm your email and mobile, then complete your company details, contacts, bank, categories, brands and documents, and submit. The SAEEL team reviews it; once approved, you sign the agreement and your account is activated.
Which documents do I need?
Commercial registration, VAT certificate, national address, IBAN bank letter, brand authorization letters, Zakat and social insurance certificates, and the approval and conformity certificates your product categories require. You can download the requirements list from this page.
Can I save my registration and finish it later?
Yes. Each step is saved automatically when you move on, and each file is saved the moment it is uploaded, so you can come back any time and continue where you left off.
What if the SAEEL team asks for a change?
You receive notes on the fields concerned only; you correct them and resubmit, and the rest of your details stay as they are.
How does SAEEL buy from suppliers?
In two ways: against customer orders from the store, and in quantity for stock. You state in your registration which suits your company.
In which language can I use the portal?
Arabic or English; you can switch at any time from the top of the page.
